Unity Work Force was born out of firsthand experience with the challenges Texas agricultural employers face every season. Labor shortages, compliance complexity, and unreliable recruitment partners were leaving farms short-staffed and operations at risk.
We built Unity Work Force to be different — a team of specialists who understand both the regulatory demands of the H-2A and H-2B programs and the real-world rhythms of farm work, seasonal hospitality, and outdoor industries.
